If there are videos, bring as separate files.

To prevent problems when playing your presentation on someone else's compute:

1. Load the presentation, click File, "Save As."
2. In the next window, click on 'Tools' in the top right,
3. then, click 'Save Options',
4. then check "Embed True Type Fonts"
5. below this, check "Embed all characters (best for editing by others).
6. If possible, use another computer to be sure that the files have been copied and the flash drive can be read.

This will enlarge the file slightly, but will prevent problems if a font you are using is not present in another computer.

You can also bring your presentation on your computer as a back up if for some reason we can't read the flash file
